We only employ individuals who have a ‘heart’ for helping seniors and their families.

Our staff is comprised of licensed and unlicensed experienced caregivers who come from all walks of life. We care about our caregivers and because of that we have a very low employee turnover rate.

  • We provide continuing education for administrator, alternate administrator, staff, and caregivers.
  • Our pre-employment checks include: past employment, personal references, registries, criminal and driving record history.
  • We conduct a yearly review of: criminal and driving records history and registries.
  • Drug Screening is required both pre-employment and throughout the year.
