Q. Do you accept Medicare or other insurance for your services?

Personal assistance services are not currently paid by Medicare or Medicaid; however, we can accept Veterans benefits and many of the long-term insurance policies. Assisted Services, Inc. has a long-term insurance specialist on staff to help you understand your benefit package.

Q. What areas do you cover?

Assisted Services, Inc. has been providing personal assistance services throughout Tarrant County including Fort Worth, Arlington, and the surrounding areas since April, 1994.

Q. Are you home health?

No, Assisted Services, Inc. is a licensed Personal Assistance Service Company. We are under the same licensing umbrella as home health, hospice, and dialysis agencies but because we are considered non-medical, therefore we are not subsidized by Medicare or Medicaid.

Q. Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, Assisted Services Inc., is licensed, insured, and bonded. Although we have been in business since 1994 it wasn’t until 2003 that the State of Texas began to offer licensures to Personal Assistance Service companies. We were among the first companies in Tarrant County to receive our licensure to provide Personal Assistance Services.
