We're not looking for "perfect" employees - but our standards are high. We conduct
extensive background checks and drug screenings. We require proof of auto insurance,
a valid driver's license and social security card, and you must have your high school
diploma or GED and one (1) year or more of personal or professional experience in the
field of senior care or personal care. Our license prevents us from hiring anyone with
felony conviction.
